We employed Eden Build to renovate (took the room down to the studs and rearranged) our primary suite bathroom to meet our aging in place needs. Craig was very easy to work with. He gently guided us and problem solved when decisions had to be made to support our future needs (e.g. French doors into the bedroom and the shower to allow for better access) and accommodated our change orders. Craig and Mat, his team member, were actively involved from the beginning of the renovation project to the completion. We were impressed with Craig and Mat’s use of Jobtread to keep us informed of progress, next steps, trades schedule, invoices and general communications. Both were very proactive, quick to respond to emails and were frequently on site. Their positive work relationship with our designer helped to make our renovation a very positive experience. We were very pleased with the exceptional quality of work and attention to detail from all of the tradespeople. Also, they all were on time, respectful, left the space very clean at the end of the day and were easy to communicate with! The goals for our project were achieved. We now have a stunning primary suite bathroom that supports our specific requirements. We are very pleased with our new master bath and highly recommend Eden Build.

We used Eden Build for a whole home renovation of our century home in Pelham. Various parts of the house had been renovated by various owners over its 100+ year lifetime. We needed someone who could maintain its wonderful character while also coordinating everything and bringing it up to modern standards. Craig, Mat and the team at Eden Build, and their select group of contractors, did an incredible job. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are exactly what we hoped for and everything our home deserved. Craig’s creativity, responsiveness and professionalism when faced with the various inevitable challenges in a renovation of this size (kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, trim, lighting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc, etc) were impressive and very much appreciated. As was their ability to stay on schedule and on cost, which was no small feat! We always felt like getting everything right was as important to Craig and Mat as it was to us. That made all the difference in the world. We would give Eden Build six stars out of five if we could.

Our major renovation of a large family room, kitchen and powder room has just been completed. We worked with Eden Build as our contractor on the advice of our interior designer, Laurie from Sprague interiors. We were very glad we did. Craig and his team at Eden Build were professional, clear, thorough and very responsive to any issues or concerns we had. There were no scheduling conflicts or delays and the project was completed on time. Eden Build kept us fully informed of progress and was always approachable and responsive to any communication. Eden Build uses a helpful software program which informed us of any changes and what was happening next. This renovation involved major demolition and we continued to live in the property. Craig and Mat ensured that the rest of the house was effectively screened off and that as the work was completed, new floors and cabinetry were protected from any damage, We are thrilled with the completed work. It has transformed our living space and greatly enhanced our enjoyment of our home. We would wholeheartedly recommend Eden Build as a contactor and would certainly use them for any future projects. Eden Build recently completed a renovation and remodeling of our entire basement including a new bathroom, laundry area, storage room, drywalling, flooring, tiling, etc. We could not be more pleased that we chose Eden Build! We found the service to be exceptional in every respect; always on time and on schedule, excellent and prompt communication, excellent quality workmanship, efficient, well organized and very responsive, minimal disruption (the neighbours even gave us positive feedback about how nice everyone was), tidy, and amazing clean-up after the job. We hired Eden Build for an extensive main bathroom remodel. The service provided by both Corbin and Craig was professional and accommodating from our very first meeting to the final day of our renovation. They were timely, clear and transparent with all communication through the entire process. Craig and all of the trades maintained a level of cleanliness that I didn’t think was possible during a Reno. They were also respectful and sensitive to the fact that we were working from home. The work itself is stunning and impeccably executed. We could not be happier with how it turned out.
