Scope of Work
KITCHEN RENOVATION: All pre-existing cabinetry and fixtures were replaced, optimizing the layout for efficiency and enhanced storage. A spacious kitchen island was incorporated for seamless entertaining. High-end quartzite counters and backsplash complemented inset custom cabinetry in Farrow and Ball’s “Railings” color, seamlessly blending classic aesthetics with modern convenience. Integrated appliances and brass cabinetry hardware elevated the space.
DINING ROOM RENOVATION: Two custom reeded glass display cabinets flanking a large window and a custom curved walnut banquette were installed, transforming the space into a stylish and comfortable dining area overlooking the beautiful backyard.
BATHROOM RENOVATION: Complete transformation including layout reconfiguration for maximum efficiency. A custom vanity with Cristallo Rosa Quartzite and sleek brass hardware replaced outdated fixtures. The shower area was revamped with a seamless glass enclosure, creating a spa-worthy retreat.
