Sixteen Road Bathroom Renovation in Saint Anns
renovation overview
RENOVATION TYPE:
Ensuite bathroom renovation
LOCATION:
The home is situated in Saint Anns, a small, picturesque community nestled in the heart of the Niagara Region, known for its rural charm. Surrounded by farmland and vineyards, it offers a serene escape with scenic views and outdoor recreational opportunities. The town’s agricultural heritage and proximity to Niagara’s renowned wine country make it a hidden gem for those seeking a peaceful lifestyle.
MAIN CHALLENGES:
The master ensuite in this unique log home was very dated and lacked functionality and style. The shower was closed off, dark, and outdated, while the bathroom vanity did not suit our clients’ needs. All fixtures were worn and needed updating. Our clients sought to transform this old bathroom into a modern oasis by collaborating with Eden Build for a full demolition and makeover of the space.
RENOVATION COST:
A bathroom renovation such as this costs around $35, 000.
