"We used Eden Build to convert a basement closet into a cute powder room and to renovate and modernize a guest room bathroom. We were impressed with Eden's ability to complete our sizeable project on two floors in a very organized and timely fashion. Craig used high quality suppliers and sub-trades, and was always conscious about minimizing the disruption to the rest of the house and keeping us informed on progress. We intend on using him again to update our upstairs bathroom when we’re ready in a year or two."

"How did I find Eden Build?
I "Googled" some local trades in Niagara (with high reviews) called and asked them if they could recommend a contractor that does quality work, keeps on schedule and deals with good trades/suppliers....
We were from out of town, and bought a home in the Niagara area...but did not have any local contacts.
Our project required demo, wall framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, floor installation, adding an ensuite and removing a wall while securing city permits.
Craig (the owner) was "straight & forward" on what Eden Build would deliver.
Craig & Corbin then mapped out our project with an itemized task list set with a time-table.
From start to finish, Eden Build were able to keep to their schedule.
When the "inevitable unexpected" would arise, Craig was innovative in finding a solution. While Corbin tracked all adjustments and updated the contract accordingly.
So, how did I find Eden Build?
The workmanship excellent, communication prompt and responsive, work area tidy at each days end, and most importantly...a peace of mind knowing the project was being handled professionally.

"Craig was an extremely awesome contractor to work with. Our project was finishing our previously unfinished basement and it looks amazing!! He included everything: wall framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring install, bathroom install and excellent trim work to finish it off. He was incredibly flexible to a couple plan changes throughout the project and was right on time with all of his timelines. He works incredibly clean and the basement was left in great shape at the end of each day. We would recommend Eden Build to anyone looking for a contractor on a home project 10 times out of 10, and plan on re-using for any future projects ourselves"

"Our kitchen renovation included new kitchen cabinetry and countertops. Eden Build was the main contractor and organized the cabinetry and electrical installations. Along with organizing the work, Craig also performed deconstruction, drywall installation, plumbing and painting services. We went with his recommended cabinet manufacturer, Cromade. Craig had the project extremely organized from start to finish. He paid close attention to detail. The work area was left clean at the end of every day.
We will definitely use Eden Build for our next renovation and highly recommend him."

"I had Eden Build redo my upstairs main bathroom and the end result was fabulous! They took out the old ceramic tiles on the floor, the bathtub and all the surrounding tiles. They suggested we take out the bulkhead to open it up. I also had a closet that was too large and they gave me suggestions how to reorganize the area and they rebuilt the shelves which was perfect. Pot lights were installed, room painted with new baseboards. Craig and Matt were so easy to work with. I would highly recommend Eden Build!"
