Gage Street Bathroom Renovation in Niagara-on-the-lake
renovation overview
RENOVATION TYPE:
Master bathroom renovation
LOCATION:
The home is situated in Niagara-on-the-Lake, renowned for its vineyards, historic charm, and scenic beauty.
MAIN CHALLENGES:
Originally, the home’s second level featured two smaller, outdated bathrooms with limited functionality. In response to the homeowners’ preference for a spacious master ensuite, we successfully eliminated the dividing wall between the two smaller bathrooms, seamlessly transforming them into a single, well-appointed space with all the modern amenities expected of a luxurious master ensuite.
RENOVATION COST:
To renovate a large four piece bathroom such as this, involving structural modifications or layout adjustments, anticipate a starting cost of $50,000.
