Golden Bathroom renovation in st. catharines

renovation overview

Bathroom renovation

The home is nestled in St. Catharines, Ontario, within a charming neighborhood that borders Martindale Pond. This vibrant neighborhood is characterized by tree-lined streets and well-maintained homes. Residents enjoy a sense of community and convenience with nearby amenities such as parks, schools, and shopping centers.

The homeowner faced various challenges with their aging bathroom, prompting them to pursue a renovation. Outdated fixtures like the aging shower, obsolete tile, and a vanity with insufficient storage compromised both the aesthetics and usability of the room. Collaborating with Eden Build aimed to revamp the space, enhancing its aesthetic and practicality.

A small bathroom renovation such as this, involving no structural modifications and minimal layout adjustments, costs around $30, 000 and upward.
