Bathroom renovation in NOTL

renovation overview

RENOVATION TYPE: We renovated a guest bathroom and master en-suite bathroom located in a bungalow style home.

LOCATION: The home is located in Niagara-on-the-Lake (NOTL), a picturesque town known for its well-preserved 19th-century architecture, thriving arts scene, and as a key area in Ontario’s wine region.

MAIN CHALLENGES: Before the renovation, both bathrooms were outdated with inefficient layouts, had worn-out vanities and corner shower units, and old fixtures. The homeowners aimed to optimize the layout for maximum efficiency and achieve a stylish, cohesive look.

RENOVATION COST: These bathrooms would be classified between an “Entry Level” and “Moderate Level” bathroom renovation. Bathrooms such as these ones can cost around $30,000+ as per our renovation cost guide (not including interior design fees)

CLIENT REVIEW:
“Eden Build was a great crew to work with for our two bathroom renovation projects. I would hire them again without any reservation. They addressed all of our concerns and were very professional with their work and our home.”
